To ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience, we’ve put together this disclaimer to outline important terms and responsibilities for both you (“the customer” OR “the buyer”) and us (“Vantique” OR “the store” OR “our website”).

1. Acceptance of Terms & Waiver of Liability
By accessing, browsing, or using our website, including but not limited to engaging in the customization process and completing a purchase of any product from us, you expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, and disclaimers set forth herein. Your OWN and SOLELY decision from starting, conducting from steps to steps until the completion of the Customization Process and payment for a product constitutes your full acceptance of these terms, and you voluntarily waive any and all claims, liabilities, or disputes against Vantique arising from or related to these terms and disclaimers.
If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately refrain from using our website, customizing products, or making any purchases.
2. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vantique and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or personal injury, arising out of or related to your use of our services, products, or website.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the total aggregate liability of Vantique for any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, shall in NO EVENT EXCEED the total amount paid by you for your specific order in question. In jurisdictions where limitations on liability are not permitted, our liability shall be limited to the minimum amount legally required.
3. Intellectual Property & Content Responsibility
Our store offers a wide range of sample products that are uploaded and published frequently. Due to the high volume of products and our limitation of resources, we cannot fully verify or control the intellectual property rights associated with all images, designs, or content displayed on our website. If any sample product inadvertently contains copyrighted material or other intellectual property owned by a third party, it is unintentional. If you believe any content infringes on your rights, please contact us at cs@vantique.net, and we will promptly review and take necessary actions, including removal of the content.
We understand that Intellectual Property rights are important, and we strictly respect such rights to avoid any disputes against third parties' rights. Thus, if you identify any content on our store that may allegedly infringe upon any Intellectual Property rights, we encourage you to send a formal Notice or a Cease and Desist (C&D) letter to our Customer Services at cs@vantique.net. Taking this step can help resolve potential disputes amicably and efficiently, preventing serious legal actions that may result in increased costs and complexities for all parties involved.
Additionally, our store allows customers to customize products by uploading images, text, or other content. By using this feature (also known as “Customization Process”), you confirm that you have the legal right to use any content you submit. Vantique is not responsible for any legal claims, copyright infringement, or trademark violations arising from buyer-submitted content. The buyer assumes full liability for any intellectual property disputes related to their uploaded content.
4. Content Disclaimer & Buyer’s Responsibility
All content displayed in our store, including but not limited to product images, descriptions, pricing, and other related information, is provided for informational and reference purposes only. The final product details, content, and pricing are solely determined/customized by you through your customization choices via the Customization Process before checkout. You must complete the customization process before proceeding with payment to us. If Customization Process is not completed, the product will not be available for purchase and only for your information of reference.
By finalizing the customization process and completing payment, the buyer expressly acknowledges and agrees that they bear full and exclusive responsibility for all content uploaded, including images, text, and designs. The buyer further agrees to release and fully indemnify Vantique and its affiliates from any and all liability, claims, damages, or disputes arising directly or indirectly from the use, publication, or distribution of such content.
The actual color, appearance, and details of the product received may differ from the images displayed on our website or those uploaded and previewed by the buyer during the Customization Process. These differences are inherent in the production and printing process and do not constitute a defect or misrepresentation by Vantique. As such, Vantique shall not be held liable for any such variations.
5. Manufacturing & Shipping Disclaimer
All manufacturing and shipping services are provided by independent third-party providers. As such, Vantique does not directly control the production timeline, shipping duration, or potential delivery issues. If your payment has been successfully processed but you have not received your product, or if you encounter any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team within 30 days from your payment date for assistance.
Our shipping partners and their internal systems retain shipment records for only 30 days from the date such shipment order (the product ordered) is received by you. Therefore, it is important to keep in mind that any claims or issues reported beyond this 30-day period may NOT be traceable and NOT eligible for support. By purchasing from Vantique, you acknowledge and accept these limitations on order tracking and dispute resolution.
6. Legal Risk & Seller Liability Disclaimer
While we make every effort to comply with intellectual property laws, there is an inherent risk that third-party copyrighted material may unintentionally appear on our website. If a legal claim arises due to an image or design published in our store, we will take appropriate action as required by law. We highly recommend solving the disputes via negotiation before taking strict and costly legal actions in any jurisdictions.
7. Cancellation, Refunds & Exchanges
If upon delivery of the product you feel that your order was incorrect, such as the wrong color, item size, or design, please email us at our customer services within 30 days of your delivery. Claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Other than where goods are faulty, you have no right to cancel any order or return any goods, and all orders are final.
8. Amendments of the Terms
We may amend any of these terms at our sole discretion and may, at our best efforts, post the amendments on our website. It is your obligation to regularly check and understand any updates/amendments of the terms. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of the amendments constitutes your acceptance of the terms without any questions.
